Pwede rin nila ilagay ang Manila Zoo sa BASECO. Lagyan narin nila ng Bird Park, Botanical Garden, malaking ferris wheel, at mall na gaya ng sa Alabang Town Center, hindi SM na dekahon at walang hilig sa mga puno't halaman. Maglaan din sana sila ng area para taniman ng mangroves. Baka pwede nating gayahin yung Zoo ng Singapore at mas maganda siguro kung pribado ang mag-operate nito, gaya ni MVP or Ayala.

Tapos lagyan na nila ng tram service simula dito, bagtas ng Roxas Boulevard hanggang MOA/Bagong Nayong Pilipino.

haaay kung sana mapalayas ang mga IS doon, may areas for development pa sana ang Maynila. di siguro pwedeng isapribado ang Manila Zoo, baka magiging mas mahal na ang entrance fee at marami na ang hindi makakapunta rito

Should Manila's zoo be demolished for a permanent PBA venue?

ayoko nga onti na ngalang open spaces sa maynila tapos gaganunin lang

ilipat nyo na lang sa ibang lugar like q.c marami namang open spaces doon

Wag alisin ang Manila Zoo sa lugar nito. Buti nga nakakahinga pa ang lugar na yun dahil sa mga puno sa zoo e.

Ayusin na lang at dagdagan pa ang pondo para umayos pag-aalaga sa mga hayop. Si Mayor Lim dapat kung hindi magdagdagan pondo para sa maintenance, magsolicit ng sponsors.

Kung ako lang masusunod gagawing kong Political Zoo yah eh... kaso puros buwaya lang makikita niyong nakakulong diyan.

Anyway, naghagilap ako ng photo ng mga animals sa Manila Zoo para patunayan na hindi puro buwaya ang nandun at gawin mong "political zoo."

Masd malaki pakinabang ng present and future generation sa manila Zoo lalo kung aayusin ng Manila government yung isa sa "last frontier" (open, green, lush area) ng Maynila.

Wala nang kwenta ang PBA ngayon puro pa-cute mga naglalaro. Tsaka liga na lang ng San Miguel vs. Manny Pangilinan companies ang PBA. Wala na ring local heroes puro fil-am na lang ang players na magaling lang mag-ingles at magpakita ng tattoo.LOL

Kaya dun nako sa mga hayop sa Manila Zoo keysa sa mga hayop sa PBA.toinks!

Who would think that this place is squeeze by BSP, Harrison Plaza and Ospital ng Maynila and right biside the busy Quirino Ave.

Na-feature ang Manila Zoo sa Umagang kay ganda of ABS-CBN..still doing fine...at mukhang malinis ang zoo...

I saw it too, sir. Though the zoo needs alot of improvements.

I think Manila Zoo is light years better than a PBA venue.The city government should just rediscover this gem.

Mukhang ilan lang interesado sa Manila Zoo. Dapat i-rename itong thread na it gawin zoos in Metro Manila.

I guess, the Manila City government should explore the possibility of inviting private companies to co-manage or invest in manila Zoo ala PPP, so that much needed improvements can be done with the place.

If not possible Manila should at least allocate a fund to rehab and clean up the zoo and increase the entrance fee.

This place is still a gem that can still be polished and be an attractive landmark in Metro Manila considering its strategic location.
