Hallivanamehe 4 is located in Southern Downtown and although it's address is Hallivanamehe tn.,it's basically located right next to Pärnu mnt. This 9-storey office building was approved way back in 2008,but got caught in economic crisis. Project is active again and will soon join other architecture bureau Okas & Lõoke works on Pärnu mnt. - Estconde building,Pärnu mnt. 158/1 office midrise & Delta Plaza midrise.

This office building hopes to stand out from the rest by having LEED certification. In addition to 9-storeys above the ground,office building has 2 underground parking house levels. Parking spaces will be expanded in the future by 4-storey underground parking house,which will be built in under current parking lot next to Kalevi tram stop and Pärnu mnt & Hallivanamehe tn.

All buildings along that stretch of Pärnu mnt. should be as cool as the ones Okas & Lõoke have previously planted there.

Those P&R parking lots at "Kalevi" bus stop really bother me. At least this building will bring some height to this specific spot.

Construction was supposed to start in autumn 2012,but obviously it didn't. Age Plaza website has now moved estimated deadline to summer 2014,so construction will hopefully start in this spring/summer.
