may rebars na naka tayu katabi lang ng Ever Hotel, i think 3-4 storeys to siya.

Napansin ko din to may rebars sa area na to and nag start na rin yung pagpapatayo dito kaso mukhang pang 1 to 2 storeys lang yung building kasi mukhang hindi kalakihan yung rebars at yung poste pagkagawa...ltes wait and see nalang and anu din kaya ito?

actually maganda ito gawing isang hypermarket or supermarket yung area na to kasi malaki ata malawak yung lots na to kung saan yung may asinan dito, and actually katabi din ng asinan na to may vacant lots din and yung isa yung sa may tabi ng monseratt drive malaki at malawak din yung lupain hope ma eye din ito ng SM or Gaisana para gawin nilang Hypermarket or Gaisano Suki club .So kung i convert man ito mas okie pa keysa gagawin nila tambakan ng asinan halos medjo nangangalawang na din mga bubuong ng mga bahay dito hehehe...may isa pang tambakan ng asin dito yung sa may harap ng San Miguel beer sales office along baliwasan seaside, yung baliwasan pwede nang tawagin Salt capital of Zamboanga

Speaking of Unitop and Novo I think NOVO ay malaki na yung space nakuha nila dito pero mas nice if gagawa na rin sila ng sariling building nila dito ...

Z.C. power stakeholders submit manifesto

MAYOR Celso Lobregat presented Friday during the Mindanao Power Summit in Davao City the manifesto of the Zamboanga City power stakeholders relative to the city’s power situation.

The manifesto, signed by representatives from various sectors, was the result of a meeting convened by Lobregat in cooperation with House Deputy Speaker Ma. Isabelle Climaco-Salazar on Wednesday where Zamboanga City power stakeholders were asked to share and discuss issues and concerns related to power.

Sta. Cruz isle architectural design contest launched

The city government in coordination with the United Architects Association (UAP) Zamboanga Chapter yesterday officially launched the search for best architectural design to be used in the development of the Great Sta. Cruz Island Resort as a premier ecotourism destination in the country.

The launching was made during a press conference presided by Mayor Celso Lobregat together with Department of Tourism (DOT) Regional Director Maryjune Bugante, UAP-Zambo chapter president Shiralee Pajarito. The competition is held in partnership with the Western Mindanao State University-College of Architecture.

The contest, dubbed the Architectural Design Competition for the Great Sta. Cruz Island Beach Resort is open to all registered Filipino architects, architecture students and graduates in the entire country, whether individually or as a team.
