I've been waiting for weeks for them to add one more floor, but I must have been miscounting. SJM was right last week - they're topped out. They're putting insulation on the roof.

Scratch that. Looks from the rendering that the 16th floor doesn't cover the whole footprint. One more floor to go.

There will be a pedestrian bridge that connects this building to the Coleman Dock and Pier 53. It's shown on page 3, Site Analysis, and other pages in this pdf.
