Of course it is seen as an important project, and when it starts rising, it will get as much attention as the Shanghai Tower.

On gaoloumi.com, chinese architecture forum, they are saying that big work will start very soon, some are saying today and the height may be revised upward.

Sounds interesting about the hight increase, maybe that's what they have been doing lately.

You mean revising up from 660m? I'm only asking this because there was some controversy whether this hight is true or not. And if they want to make it even taller I just hope it will include the whole building not just the spire because it's already ridiculously tall after last height increase.

Right now these are only speculations, nothing backed up by any reliable sources.

My thoughts exactly, the banner clearly says construction license issuing ceremony, so they've been building all those stuff illegally? It must have been the construction license for a specific phase of construction.

Yeah, they would have been given a licence/permit to build the foundations, and now they are able to start the buildings.
