Hi All Friends

Yesterday i visit my block at Mina al arab B12 . I decide to take first and rent it With 50000AED . Today go to al hamra village ( Hunt & Harris ) and talk with sales there to rent . they also were accept with rent out.

Any Friend need more info just ask me

I would list with more agents than just Hunt & Harris. I don't feel they're particularly pro-active (oh, and the receptionist handed over keys to me without asking for any proof of ownership or ID).

We've used Abid Aziz from Better Homes who had been absolutely excellent so far. Good luck

Have you rented out your apartment? What's the demand like out there?

I'm going this saturday to collect keys and to give to some agents. Are Hunt & Harris any good?.

Hello all, new here!! I had read in one of the comments that 4 or so buildings had been cancelled. I am particularity interested in building 21B. I am wondering, how do you come to know that information? Are we talking about the same buildings, how could I find out? This information would be so helpful. Does anyone have anything in writing regarding this cancellation and when it was officially cancelled?

Dear Punna

Your block canceled already and RAK Pro has time till end of 2012 to Complete. after that time you will get penalty and after a time you can get back your money i think you have chance !

Just got my studio apartment in Building 4 rented out. I bought a very small studio (303 sq.ft) so I thought it would be difficult to find a tenant but LiveDubai, who are based in Dubai managed to find tenants within 10 days. Getting AED 10,000 for 6 months.
