Two weeks ago the powerlines for trains in track -1 was demolished. During the closing of Oslo S this summer here are going to be done more work next to the railwaytracks.

It's "sad" that Nordea won't move into BGg 14b, but I don't think it will be hard to find tennants for this address. The regulation plan will eitherway continue.

It's "only" 1/3 of the total volume, so they will probably fill it before the planning is done (which takes forever)

Lets hope they close this whole project. We should avoid another fat 20-something-floor block in this sector. Unless our little petition gets wind, IMO rather have opt for the 10-12 floor ground scraper which they have already suggested. And lets hope SOMEONE is able to propose a nice SLIM high-rise in this area..! Preferably across the road

Much better location for a high-rise-scraper no?

But what's the point? Any slim scraper will just be reduced to a fat box anyway.

I took the train bast "brevsentralen" and the wall towards the train tracks had been demolished and there was grinding work being done inside the building. So they have already gotten permission to demolish the old building then, I take?

During the 6 weeks closing of Oslo S this summer a roof over track 1 will be built.
That way they will be able to do work on the building even when trains are running.

I like that this design has more structure in the design. The random windows of the previous design was a bit too much for such a big building. The part closest to the new Akerselva-greenery also is the biggest trait of this project
