Viimaste aastate parim ulmeprojekt!
 Selline asi on siis plaanitud otse Estconde hoone kõrvale,seal kus praegu on parkla. Sinna tuleb ka tulevikus Vaari tänav,mis ühendab Pärnu mnt teisel pool raudteed asuva Seebi tänavaga (raudteele tehakse sild).

I actually like it. It sort of fits the neighbourhood and allows to avoid the railroad crossing.
