Nope, its an Intercontinental Hotel Group (IHG) brand "Crowne Plaza" hotel. Also, there is only 1 Hyatt hotel planned in Riyadh i.e. Park Hyatt, Riyadh which will be started soon & will open in 2015...

IHG sources

Quote:
IHG and Rayadah Investment Company are also due to open the Crowne Plaza Riyadh ITCC (Information, Technology and Communication Complex), which was signed in 2009 and is scheduled for a 2013 launch.

IHG has 22 hotels (5,000 rooms) open across Saudi Arabia, employing nearly 7000 people, including more than 2500 Saudi nationals. The company said in a statement that it will grow its presence in the Kingdom in the next three to five years by more than 50%, adding nine hotels (2700 rooms) to its portfolio.
Isn't this the same hotel???
