Interesting here to compare how tall the skinny one looks, and how heavy the fat one looks

The renders are really tricky, and try to hide the Lund Hagem-building closest to the DnB-complex. That building (the 20-floorer) is actually taller than DnB B.

The first new render that IceCheese posted is the first one of the B building that I actually like. I'm glad they have done something with the facade(the patterns) and that the windows are large.
What I discovered today that I don't like about the C building (the staircase-building), and the only thing about it that I don't like, is the dark grey panels on top of every "step". |

Would be cool if they had logos or something there, just as is planned with the VISMA-building.

On a personal note, i really do think that mid DnB building is one of Norways absolute coolest office building. It has a definite international cut to it, and it will just look even better as the area develops in my opinion. If the plots in front of barcode gets a very varied and differentiated look, it will certainly and without doubt become one of the coolest CBD's around! What i really dont understand though, is why theyre not building alongside the fjord, say both on the eastside of sørenga and in front of barcode NOW! It will only further delay the development, and i dont see why it wouldnt be better to build more at the same time, escpecially where there is nothing going on! it would also better the conditions to those moving in early! come on, lets see more development sooner and escpecially at bispevika and eastside of sørenga!

The time schedule is based on when Statens vegvesen are done with each step of their road project. They're basicly building as fast as they can.

14 of the 41 apartments have been sold the first few days. Considering price level, and time to completetion, I think that's pretty fair. Note, almost everyone are towards the "inner courtyard", and none of the ones with a view.
