heres some in kermanshah, now these are way better! tall buildings with good windows etc

A combined Mosque and shopping arcade? Could have been a good opertunity for something nice and contemporary instead of this cheap and ugly pastiche.

there are a few very nice mosques , one is in "shahrake gharb" in tehran, one is the new reza religious complex in tehran also, they have nice modern designs that arent cheasy

a project in urumiyeh, not a house but its built by maskane mehr
nice idea and alright design but some of the elements like the ledge on the roof ruin it

these are way better, simple clean designs, maybe better windows and even more cubical shapes would be good but these are good enough, green space is horrible however, they make these massive unbalanced asphalt seas

Not bad.

Talking about green space atleast they did plant some trees but they can do much better than that IMO.

something is fishy because those lowrises are actually almost perfect! happy bright colours but not cheap looking, descent window sizes, perfect line up, perfect cubical shape, and the highrises are coming together nicely

it would be so nice if they just put on glass cladding

Sadly i guess these were built by the Chinese, in lots of building projects in Iran you always see some Chinese representant or something standing next to the building with the Iranians after it's finished.

Oh whatever, they're still awesome!

what chinese ? there are no chinese here, the firm is from iran

It's just that most Mass Housing Projects i see in Iran doesn't look as good as this!

but na this seems iranian, chinese dont have housing projects in iran
for construction iran is in good partnership with austria germaby italy turkey etc

Really like some of the designs. Especially the corner balconies, more windows on the side of the buildings and the louvered screens over the balconies . Seems like mass housing architecture is improving a bit.

difference between quality materials such as proper stone and brick is seen here, these are way better than the other types of facade tiles and stones in other projects
