an example of something i dislike
here is a main street/blvd, that has non residential building on its side, the street probably used to be a tight residential alley, but its has been widened, yet, the offices still keep their gardens closed and walled, this give big streets an overly unfinished and messy look, the buildings should be directly hugging the streets, i think they should remove the walls and make wide pedestrian walkways, keeping the trees in the garden or relocating them in a straight line on the side of the street this is common in iran especially newly widened streets ![]() http://eskan.ir/ like many of the parts of pahlavi (vali asr street) that have overly wide walkways or the bazar area here is an example of barcelona, u can see the wide walkway but also a street beside it ![]() http://www.visit-bcn.com/blog/cultur...e-las-ramblas/ Last edited by SoroushPersepolisi; April 15th, 2012 at 04:03 AM. |

danoub complex
the building is interesting, the railing imo should of been better this layered terrace style is becoming "traditional" for iran in a sense, its nice, more balconies and views, if they built more of these in payin shahr it would of been better, rather than on top of gardens ![]() ![]() very nice units ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]() http://eskan.ir/tabid/175/Default.aspx |

If not,as mentioned before, creating a thread is not necessary

If I didn't know anything then in theory the thread wouldn't exist would it, kind of a double negative?! What I do know it is going to be the biggest shopping centre Tehran is ever going to see, and being built I would guess from the TAT bank group. One of my friends said to me it is in the far west of the city near district 22 but where I do not know.

To be exact my point was the info isn't enough for opening a thread.Incase other members have no info I will simply merge this to the general construction news thread

This is a discussion forum, I start the new thread other people in theory add their own news to it? Obviously this is too early in the process for anyone to pick it up on radar.
