may moderator na nag delete ng mga recent post sa mga projects ng CPI threads kahit relevant naman!

kung sino man sya at kung sakaling ahente o nasa payroll sya ng CPI ay hindi sya nararapat na moderator dito!

ang SSC Pinas ay dapat maging gabay ng mga nagbabalak bumili ng condo unit sa kahit kaninong developers at karapatan nilang malaman ang good and bad!

Wow, how many floors are we expecting this mall to be? I can't wait to see it top off, are they catching up with the turn over for the gram on December? It would be easier to finish this with the interiors than the residential developments, I hope they make it to the Christmas shopping season.

why don't you just sell your cpi property and buy an ayala property? i can help you find buyers.

fyi, may nabili na akong Ayala property at sulit na sulit ang bawat centavo ng perang pinaghirapan ko na binabayad ko sa Abrio. definitely, sa ALP ulit ako kung sakaling bibili ako ng another property.

syempre naman unit ko yun kaya pwede ko syang pagandahin pero sa labas ng unit ko ay hindi basta basta na lang pwedeng kong ayusin. tulad ng lang ng common hallway na ang sabi ba naman ng nanay ng girlfriend ko ay para daw hallway ng public hospital(totoo yan ah at hindi kwentong kanto)

at dahil din sa elevators na laging sira ay muktikanan ng atakihin sa puso ang Tita ko nung minsang bumisita sa unit ko.

^who says that common areas are already in a perfect condition when the building has not been turned over yet to owners? come on, expect that they are still doing all the finishing touches, be it hallway finishing or elevators, prior to turnover.

....and besides, if im right, it is still a few months away.

for sure, upon turnover, expect most of it, if not all to be in perfect order.

well, sa totoo lang, CPI has gone downhill (if not down to hell) after Essensa. di nga ako makapaniwalang CPI pala yun. sabi nga ng nanay ko, sana magbalik loob na sa Panginoon ang CPI

Just went to CPI to pick up my receipts today, was told the mall is being eyed to open in December. In time for the turn over of the gram. Hope it would be earlier though. A new place to do Christmas shopping.
