Malakas ba ulan? Is it like something that happens one a year or yung tipong ulan na madalas mangyari? If just once/twice a year type, I think ok lang yan. Almost everywhere naman in Metro Manila binabaha at least once a year.

Hindi naman bahain yung area na yan kasi medyo mataas compared sa loob ng sampaloc area pero kung masyado madami rainfall may tendency maipon ang tubig galing sa kabilang side going to E Rodriguez na mas mataas.

Just notice the mayon st going to retiro, the road is descending..mataas yung property where sun sits..

@bevepi: do you have any idea if the turn over date will be true for upper floors like the one in 24th floor upwards? my agent told me that the turn over for tower 1 will be in the last quarter of 2013. sobrang tagal na pag-aantay ko, by that time 4 years na.

Nag top-off na tower 1 and it's 3 months advance so I supposed the turn-over will also be advance base on target date.

Correct me if I'm wrong but I believe the one on the right is the Sun Residences?

Taken last March 3, 2012 from Gilmore.

Yes it is, thanks! It was taken quite some time already so there's progress now. The tower behind (along P. Florentino) is already topped-off as I've seen last Monday.

I live nearby and its exciting to see the progress of the project. But still a long way to go.

wow taas na nitong sun residences. dati espana towers and yung pldt ang nakikita kong buildings jan sa area na yan. that was 10 years ago nung nag-aaral pako sa UST.
