Strict regulations in general. Too much hassles, and I don't think the size of the Somali communities in the West are large enough to make it viable as opposed to back home.

I think exporting the milk and meat to the Gulf is more viable anyway. Closer with a population that could probably embrace it more than in the West.

Diya is not Somalia tradition way only, but rather the Islamic way according to the prophet. It doesn't mean one can pay diya after one commits crime. It is up to the family's that their loved one was killed. They can choose whether to take the diya or blood for blood. However, females diya is different from males diya. The female diya is 50 camel or blood for blood (When I say blood for blood I meant the murder will be killed exactly how he/she murder someone).
