I posted this a while back regarding KCC's possible GFA once matapos na ang Veranza

With your help na break down natin ang area to

Main Mall = 21,552sqm x 3 floor = 64, 956sqm
Existing carpark = 9,770sqm x 3 floors = 29310sqm

Existing total = 94,266

Veranza Mall = 17,775 x 3 floors = 53,325sqm
Veranza Carpark = 7,161sqm x 4 floors = 28644

Total Expansion = 81, 969

Total Mall = 118, 281sqm
Total Carpark = 57, 954sqm
Grand Total = 176, 235sqm

So bigger than SM Lanang (145ksqm), SM Ecoland (125ksqm) SM GS (125ksqm)

and

LKK (sinali ko sa estimate ko ang expansion)
*assumption ra ni kay naa napud masuko..pero at least nagpakita kog method kaysa pataka lang ko ug claim claim

and G-Mall

Nice effort Way! However LKK's expansion is huge than you have ever imagined. What you showed is actually not updated again or it shows misinformation. Notice that blue color (4 levels expansion) connected to East Wing (orange in color)? Actually that hypermart is even beyond the creek or let's say its boundary is Ororama-Macajalar Access Road. Notice also the space between the Robinsons (green in color) and the main mall (orange), actually the multilevel carkpark plus retail will rise soon in that area. In the other hand, Rosario arcade is expanding. In the meantime, a four or five story rumored Fullybooked is now under construction beside the East Wing and not far from that blue color (Hypermart). Now heavy equipments are now in the park lot south of the so-called East Wing or new East Concourse building for another retail expansion. Let's say this is southward expansion of the so-called East Wing. Likewise across Plaza Fair, which is now under renovation and expansion, there is also a development. It seems that all wide available park lots of LKK will be part of the main mall's expansion. That's why they are going to build multilevel park lots. In fact, another floor is added on the main mall. This is to make the main mall having two levels. By Skybridge, Gateway Mall (green color) facing CM Recto and MUST and even Rosario Arcade (also color green) are now connected to the main mall. After all of these expansions, expect a huge LKK mall.

as in!

IMO, ang kana bitawng A=9,770 sq.m. na parking area sa KCC Mall, dili baya na 3 storey parking level. ang parking area ana is ang roof top ra. human, nag expand pajud ang mall outside the existing mall taking significant portion of the roof top parking to convert to leasable spaces... Kataw-anan keeu wuie? yeah?

Pangundang namo woie! palihog... FTW na ang KCC Bira Romanza!
