Not at all. That's an urban dual carriageway with speed limited somewhere between 60 and 80 kph. And the yellow signage works on rural stretches with 100kph/120kph/no speed limit, too.

What is the history of this peculiar exit 110 at A1 west of Euskirchen, and the short section of B56n ending at nowhere? The arrangement does not look a temporary one, as the two parclos are interconnected by collector ramps.
