 ...I just reviewed the Dubi thread, than looked at this thread. Wow......the new devlopment in Santiago looks like a midrise Dubi. For myself, if I had to pick a favorite, hands down, it would be Santiago. Height is not everything to me. When I was looking at the Dubi pix I was thinking to myself, could I walk home after work or to a bar/resturant or to the corner store?? No, Dubi is not a walkable city. I also love the older mix of different eras. And the setting, with the Andes for a backdrop. The title of the thread had the word vibrant in it, did that mean the highways/roads were full of activity or the boom of devlopment itself. I do not remember seeing too many vigourous people walking about.
