That decision will depend of Steaua. The match will be played on May 12th, so after the Europa League Final.

I think this stadium looks good as a whole, but really lacks the detail. they were probably like "we have the stadium now, screw the finishing touches"....
but a stadium that costs +200 mil. € shouldn't look like it's unfinished!
not to mention things like the fact that they use only a few accsess points, even tough the stadium has like a gazillion of them or that they don't really take advantage of the retractable roof
fortunatly tough, things can be fixed easly.... now only if we had a mayor and not a mental that likes to play doctor

I hope that the people that manage the stadium will understand that if you build a new stadium you have to take care of it and not replace the turf 3-4 times a year.
