I quite like it, it's certainly better than HCT 8/10

Its GIGANTIC! lit up it will dominate the skyline. Arena Central surrounded with this, hct and the new street towers. Mouthwatering.
In that first image. Brummies just think. This, AC, the Cube and Brindley Place all rising at the same time not to mention Orion 2 and while these are still in construction the small matter of two 40 storey towers across at NS. 9/10 |

Is... is that a public viewing gallery at the top? I have a 'tall buildings with public viewing gallery' fetish that needs some answers!! Be rude to give less than 8... I can't wait for Brum in 5 years or so

I like, although would be alot better without the podium.
Cladding will need to be spot on, otherwise could look a bit like drapers gardens from some angles. Depending on cladding anything up to 8/9. (nice height/floor count too) |

Another bit to Orion, extends it along toward the HCT, and complete the square of the Orion building, so to speak. No big tower though, but it will hide the internal portacabins bit of the inside of Orion.
![]() Nice mock up U475 Foxtrot did: ![]() The nice Victorian builidings on John Bright Street are being retained on the other side.

AI love this tower. Its the curvature I like. Not too sure on the back but when it starts to rise then I'll be sure... 9.10

Nasty tower from Richardsons shocker
Mediocre at best. Looks horrible with cheap materials employed on a poorly conceived form, and crowned with stupid shoulders & bridge. The back which will be seen from the mailbox is the worst offending element. Seriously, what were they thinking ![]() 1/10 only because 0 isn't an option Last edited by U475 Foxtrot; December 15th, 2009 at 04:32 PM. |

I believe that if your going to build one or few skyscrapers in an area, you have to have many many more around it. Unless it is a one off stunner of a building like the Shard in London.
This area now it has a few scrapers dotted around needs to build itself up. |
