Prepare to be pissed off, some of you already might know this.
President of the ministry of transportation has no experience in the transportation sector as he’s an x sergeant. President of the ministry of finance is a dentist. The way it works is that when they formed the new government, they put the Kurds in all the highest positions of most ministries and put 2 guys under him, 1 shia and 1 sunni. (they said FUCK experience) Now you know why progress is so slow. The president of ministry of transportation only comes in about 3 times a week, lazy as crap, pockets over $25000 a month, and barely does anything. I'l leave the rest for you to think about. I have nothing against kurds, but kurds have been given all the highest positions in the government and ministries, the president is a kurd, the first lady of Iraq is one, etc etc. The real problem about this is simply that over 95% of Kurds don’t want anything to do with Iraq, they don’t want to be part of us. And yet they have been given such positions. It’s funny that they keep on complaining. We will always be kicked down.

First of all i'm not baathi. Secondly it's haram to expose a video of a man being hanged when you are saying that Saddam was bad then try to be a better man than he was. Thirdly i have spoken to a lot of people who were persecuted by Saddam. Some of them say, that they regret being a part of the revolt against Saddam. So when i'm defending Saddam sometimes it's by experience what i heard of him and know. Do you seriously think that Saddam would have allowed the kurd's to sit next to him in the Iraqi government?

Ali - Iraq, please for the love of ****, just shut the fuck up, you are without a doubt the most arrogant and pathetic troll on this forum. you have repeated this many times and have received the same answer from almost everyone here. saddam WAS A DICTATOR. HE COMMITTED GENOCIDE. HE WAS A BASTARD (literally) WHO DESERVED WORSE THAN WHAT HE GOT. STOP FUCKEN DEFENDING HIM.
also whats wrong with a kurd sitting next to the PM. though many of us here are opposed to barazani and his separatist, dictatorial tendencies, we have nothing against kurds in general, there was no need for that racist statement. if you seriously arnt a baathi/baathi lover as you claim, stop acting like one. stop justified the acts of a murderer. im sure im not the only one who finds your praise of him offensive, and ive personally lost family members to the bastard.

Check this: http://carnegieendowment.org/publications/special/misc/iraqielections2010/iraqCabinet.pdf You would realize that there is not many Kurdish ministers as you (like to) think.. 1 of 3 Deputy Ministers is Kurdish. 1 of 6 Sovereign Ministers is Kurdish. 4 of 23 Ministers are Kurdish. 1 of 12 State of Ministers is Kurdish. 1 of 3 Parliament Speakers is Kurdish.(Second Deputy, lowest one) The cabinet has also changed. Zebari is for instance not anymore the Minister of Women's Affairs. And those ministers you mentioned are not even Kurdish ones. |

Do you know how many Arabs live in KRG? Any Arab can participate in the elections. So it's not like they forbid Arabs to have posts in KRG but there are few Arabs living in KRG and most of them are displaced due to the instability in Iraq. Minorities also have granted seats in the parliament just like in Iraq. Quote:

If the USA and KRG really are so strong allies you wouldn't see Anfal and Halabja. You wouldn't see the killing of thousands of Kurds by their weapons while they ignore it.. Luckily not cause you wouldn't see the majority of Iraq having any influence.. |

I dont care if theirt kurds in that position, Im focusing on the concept of how the selection process was. It was strongly based on secterian lines not the expeirence of the individual.
