Yes the top is finished and will remain open to the elements. The exterior is (pretty much) complete.

Sorry this picture is a week or so old now but I quite liked it. The sky was really gloomy this day except for behind me where it was a clearer, a bright reflection of that coming off the shard against the gloom behind it, looked quite nice.

That photo represents well how good the Shard looks in poor weather conditions.

It often glistens that colour on an overcast day from my window, when every other building on the skyline looks dull and sorry in comparison.

What I have always wondered there are a few windows that seem to be pushed in , I am wondering if they will be fixed.

as they are taking the cranes down , would it make it harder to fix?
