if she were to take legal action she'd have to take it against a company registered in the netherlands that operates servers registered in the united states on a point of law that doesn't apply anywhere in the western world. good luck to her!

If I was ever photographing in public and was told to delete the pics I took by some power crazy security guard or copper or they demanded to confiscate my camera, boy I would put up a fight. There is no way I would hand my camera over.

put up a fight? simply do nothing other than insist it's your legal right. if they actually do something like arrest you'll get between 10 and 15 grand damages according to the current pay outs. if they assault you, again you'll get damages. don't actually FIGHT.

I dont mean physically, I mean I would fight my corner and not hand it over. They'd have to catch me first to arrest me.
