A little bird tells me that SG might be relenting on LTPP Addendums

They probably got enough to sign now and just want to clear up the rest with no hassle - best to contact SG see what they say ?

Hi
I have just come to know that 3 bed owners in the torch had big issues with their apartment sizes and they were also significantly smaller than what was in owners SPA's. Select changed the layout of a significant number of floors in the torch. Did anyone have issues with missing rooms etc. In which case, did they protest and what happened. will be grateful for some information as we have similar situation in bc.

Just trying to keep them on edge (watch this space)

In the meantime we are trying to track down external shareholders and investment people in Select whithout whom some nightmares would not have begun, such as Angel Investments, and Graham Knight (formerly of Smith Knight Fay) who we believe should know the whole truth.

One of a Kind

I would like to take this opportunity to thank Mr Imre Solt and would highly recommend his services to anyone. Imre went well beyond the normal levels of customer service that you would expect whilst he was dealing with the sale of my apartment, from the amount of potential buyers he found, (the other company only had one viewing) to dealing with problems with securing the title deeds, getting the NOC document from the developer and all the other problems that seem to occur when trying to get anything done quickly in Dubai. Imre has got to be one of the most truly honourable and reliable people that has been my privilege to meet. So for anyone of you forum readers and posters out there, that are thinking of renting, buying or selling an apartment your first port of call should be Imre.

Regards

The work triangle principle. Sinks, cooking and food prep should be formed in a triangle, I guess it doesn't really matter if they are a little mixed up it should still work.

I would prefer the ovens to be at eye level if it can be done sensibly.

Good pics IMRE and Dubai Steve.
I only wish that the clowns at SG and their partners delivered the same standards (or similar standards in SP's brochures) for my apartment in The Point.
Interesting that SG are now e-mailing me asking if I wish to sell my aprtment through them! Fat Chance!
