Wow, it looks like at this rate I might actually have a slight chance of winning! I sure hope I do as I could really use whatever it was that whoever it was is planning on giving away.
So exciting!

I can't even remember what I predicted!! Something like 30, I think.... I've not a chance of winning this one.

You're off by 6 according to this. Something tells me the guy from the development industry, CollsGuy, has inside information and is likely close to the mark.

Geez, every time I walk by Aura it has added like seven more floors. This is going ridiculously fast! I hope that's not a sign of cheap construction...

That moment of exuberance didn't last long.

This monster is going to clearly dominate Yonge Street, including Dundas Square and the angle of this building will give a great view of the sexy curve, on its roof. It was a brilliant idea.

It's just months away from impacting the skyline. We'll finally get an indication of how it will sit in the skyline.

I wish this building is 4-6 feet more set back from the curb, giving pedestrians more sidewalk space as wide as College Park just north of the building.

Agreed. They really and truly did "maximize space", didn't they?

This is a huge problem in Toronto -- greedy developers pushing so many buildings out to the sidewalk. But then I suppose the problem lies with the city and not the developers since it's the city that OKs these buildings without setbacks.

I also wish this building was a bit further back so it could have a patio on the sidewalk, as well as benches and trees along Yonge St. It seems quite narrow at Gerrard. Maybe they are hoping that 2 lanes of Yonge Street will be removed and the sidewalks widened. I think that is what's in Wong-Tam's plans for the area.

It looks to be the same sidewalk width as exists in front of College Park.

I'm in the process of moving closer to this building and as I see it on a daily basis, I've got to say, the cladding above the base is not growing on me... #cheap

I love the cladding above the podium, I think it has an interesting, textured look to it.
