ACCRA | The Octagon | U/C

Quote:
The Octagon business center is located in the heart of Accra which is the commercial and cultural motor of the country. It is by far one of the most expansive and opulent business centers in all of West Africa.
Boasting of approximately 75,000mē of luxury office, retail and hotel space to conveniently provide leisure, food, business, and hospitality, the project is a multi-use development that has it all.

Who knows, It might turn out looking a lil bit better
Soo much concrete and steel could have been utilized into a better looking design{looks like it is about 19 floors high}... but then it is a good development.

I agree, i think the design is not that impressive, but who knows, it might look better and fit well with the surrounding buildings...i like the landscaping around it tho...Accra needs more grass...sometimes a well design landscape can add to a structures aesthetically

Lol I'm exactly sure what software was used to design that building....it looks like a revit work to me tho, if I'm right that will explain why they always use white people...there are barely any black people in revit....I use revit and I honestly don't remember the last time I saw a black scale person

At this point I'm just really excited that there is one more building springing up in that part of Accra. Should help increase the building density. Slowly but surely, Accra is making progress aesthetically.

Same here, I can't see anyone in them. With the people though, to me it seems like they use the same people in all the renders. Everyone looks the same. I swear I've seen some people in 20 different ones.
