Actual size of the mall shub be smaller thn pavillion.

coz the land is small comapre to pavillion.

I dont think they will built a wholesale mall as this will jeopardise the residential towers behind.

If they want to go for high end concept it shub be something similar with their mad mansion project in ampang.

don worry! this project sure can make money 1, if there is a wholesale mall below, thn better think twice.

Cant wait for it to launch! but donno why it takes so long to launch? anyone know or fully taken up already?

Sorry, typo error

is Madge Mansion, very high end condo selling at RM5mil.

if i am not mistaken, they are selling at RM1,100 to 1,200 psf for tht project. Somemore giving lots of branded fittings such as sanitary wares, marble tiles, & etc.

Anyone heard of hans grohe brand? they are using it for the ampang project. I think this robertson also using the same spec or even higher spec coz selling at RM1,200 to 1,300 psf.
