Nothing as big as this tower (not that I remember anyway). If you go out into the newest suburbs you'll find a lot of single-family houses at various levels of construction that have been untouched since the crash. These are very strange neighborhoods with streets laid out with streetlights and such but with only a few houses that people live in, a lot of empty lots and a bunch of unfinished houses that are going nowhere.

One such neighborhood can be seen from above here.
