Initially, they planned to build at least three 5-storey buildings. then they doubled the land area and made it 9 buildings. they're having 10 buildings na? sales must be really good, the fact that they doubled the number of floors (bldg. 3) congrats!

FLI turns over 80 condo units to owners

GOTIANUN-led Filinvest Land, Inc. (FLI) has turned over 80 condominium units, valued at P200 million, of One Oasis Building 1 of to investors, a top company official said.

Tristan Las Marias, FLI first vice president and project head for Visayas and Mindanao, said 80 owner-investors and 240 of their family members have occupied the units, according to their latest headcount.

One Oasis Building 1 has a total of 130 units valued at P325 million.

Las Marias said 50 more units are being prepared for delivery and over a hundred applications are still being processed.

FLI is also the developer of the integrated community Citta di Mare, which is being built at the South Road Properties.

FLI said the first phase of the P1.9-billion One Oasis medium-rise condominium project has recorded brisk reservations and sales in the last six months...

CEBU, Philippines - With the unit concept of condovision, sales of One Oasis as a brand of Filinvest Land Incorporated for residential condominiums in a subdivision ambience went up as two of its buildings are 100% complete and fully sold-out while another building is 50% sold to date.

FLI Associate Vice – President Area Sales Head for Visayas Boler Binamira Jr. said that such concept of residential condo communities suits well to the needs of city dwellers to have a relaxing home and garden ambience in an urban lifestyle, attracting more potential buyers.

To have 10 buildings in total, One Oasis Cebu is a 3.7-hectare commune located in the uptown district of Mabolo offering studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units for its first three buildings, the five-storey Garden Suites 1 and 2 and the 10-story Fairways 1.

Garden Suites 1 is set to be turned over in June 2012 while the second building with 135 units, Garden Suites 2, has already been turned over to clients.

The 279-unit building named as Fairways 1, on the other hand, is substantially completed at 84.72% to date and to be turned over on the first quarter of 2013.

The fourth building, Garden Suites 3, is a five-story, studio-dominated building expected to be turned over in June 2013...

yes.... sa kagamay sa yuta sa Cebu.. a 10- storey bldg is not ideal anymore. it's just a waste of space.
