Hmm, great building, but there doesn't look like there will be a lot of access to it, at least based on what I see right now.

Thanks for your enthusiasm guys but we're not quite there yet, that's just a render...PHARE, GENERALI, HERMITAGE PLAZA & AIR²* are yet to get built.

* though, AIR² will be the next tower to get built, the demolition of the current tower (AURORE) is to start in september.
