Its a container freight station i guess..thr are two cfs coming at vallarpadom... One by gateway distriparks and other a jv with inkel i guess...the one u saw may b second one..

Alfa Horizon-Is it an office space or apartment? Also I believe there is another project of Pearl coming up in the same vicinity?

Alfa horizon is gonna be a premium and most sought after project in kochi in the coming days.. It's an entirely new and unique concept of fine business space and infrastructure. Alfa will carve a niche for itself. Keep a close watch on this one.
