anyone help about selling process in dubai.

do sellers have to pay all seller fees upfront? (returned back to you at the end)

send in orginal contact?

is this normal process in dubai?

im giving POA so could this be the reason?

The greenery in the street next to MVT leading to the bridge is dried out. No more watering. I assume this is because work on the tram going over the bridge will start soon. I hope the mess won't take as long as in other parts of the Marina.

Come on guys - there have been a lot worse songs in the Euro song contest – a lot worse, and to be honest it’s not that bad and quite catchy in a way, just a light hearted fun song, it sounds like there is a wee bit of Jealousy out there. kp
