Nice library, love the ivy. May I suggest adding road and sidewalk, lapmposts, I think this would show your designs off even better.

Here is another small update - Flora Building (office, 18 floors. 68 meters) stands close to the Library.

Yeah I kinda like the flora building as well. The tree structure shouldn't work, but it does. It also looks like a massive crack down the entire facade!
