Si es por localización, éstas de Santa Isabel no están bien--hay varios sitios mucho más apropiados en Puerto Rico para complejos eólicos grandes. Mil veces preferiría el norte de Aguadilla o un complejo marino en la Sonda de Vieques (el sitio ideal dentro del alcance de Puerto Rico), o incluso frente a las costas de Guayama y Salinas.
