Excellent choice Victhor! I'm inclined to agree with you, but the Radiator Building might be my favorite right now:

Chrysler building for sure. I recently acquired this amazing book with images of how it was built.

Chrysler, hands down. But obviously, NYC has the best skyline in the world so other notables are the Empire State, Trump World Tower and Citibank. Although for its architectural history significance, I like the Seagram Building as well.

Is Stark building really in New York? I see this building in movie "the Avengers". It looks like the Financial Bitexco tower in Saigon very much.

But my favourite standing building in NYC is the Empire State Building, followed closely by Trump World Tower.

Of course, those two are soon to be overshadowed by the new 2WTC!
IT'S and edited Metlife building, in the movie you can see, that in the lower parts of the building there are tower cranes dismantling the Metlife building from up to down, like the Stark Tower comes out of the Metlife and preserves part of the facade. I loved it, a project like that would be really cool.
