 Nope, the Marina wall did not collapse there so it's not the same problem.

hi, new to the forum, just had a quick question...
how much would a 2bed apartment cost to buy in the infinity tower? I am interested in buying an apartment in the marina and am looking at different towers. I will be alone but would require atleast 2 bedrooms, I have set a budget for around £140'000 (835'000 AED). can somebody please give me an idea of what type of apartment i could purchase with this amount, and is it too small of an amount to buy anything in the marina? Thanks |

There is a possibilty that there may be a few leaks evident in the tanking. Infinity is built right on the waters edge so should be well enough built to withstand water penetration penetration. From a structural load perspective, water applies less loading than soil/sand backfill, infact the weight of water is almost half that of sand.
