If they can continue with the same speed as the last month, they might be able to do the hand over in December. However summer is comming...

Imre: Did you not buy a SZR facing here way back at the start of the sales.

Correct me but was the PSF price not circa AED 7000 per sq ft?

Didnt buy anything there, I think the price was around 2500-3000 dhs/sqft there.

Mansion, M Tower , Burj Park series etc ...prices were 5-7000 dhs/sqft

Yes, some owners have bought credit notes and their price reduced a bit but still high if you compare to the market today..

When I look on the renders and then at the current construction process - i think its topped out. Dont believe we see 35 and 25 floors.
