Looks super massive. What happened to the "terraces" at the base?

Never really see those structures. Maybe they are already in place but we could not see them. Guess we have to wait and see the finished product before making any judgement.

Nice angle. It looks like it may take at least a year before it is truly complete. Hope it truly matches the rendering that we have seen so far.
