 that was my first chance to get hold of a print ad on the newspaper, and really that portion on the lowest part is hardly readable.Anyway, these are the highlights on that portion we are talking about - 1st tower - LTS # ..... 756 units / 184 parking slots / T.O. Dec. 2012 2nd tower - LTS # ..... 525 units / 86 parking slots / T.O. Dec. 2013 3rd tower - TLTS # (T meaning, temporary)..... 561 units/127 p.s./T.O. 2014 Design of the beach by Paris Hilton will not in any way change the name of the project..... In no way that Azure or Century is related to Hilton Hotels Worldwide. NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO U.S. AND CANADA (caps mine) Comments: 1. On the parking ratio - very similar to Acqua Residences in Mandaluyong. Occupants will definitely experience problem where to park their vehicles for those who didn't buy slot. 2. On the rejoinder on distribution - perhaps this was dictated by Paris H. and company, and Century was required by HLRB to disclose this to the public on all their transactions and advertisements as a matter of procedure, although it seems HLRB forgot to specify on their instruction to Century to make the letter size readable I wonder what this rejoinder means...... Century cannot sell the project in the U.S. and Canada, meaning no roadshows like the ones they conduct and are known for in the Middle East and European countries? |

The first tower will have a massive shortage of parking. Knowing the area, there's no where you can park but SM.
