Who wants to live that way? Well, Sedona Parc is 80% Sold Out, maybe you can ask the buyers, on that side of the building, they represent 25% of the buyers in Sedona Parc.

OK, so there are people who don´t mind living without much privacy. I have a different approach to life. I don´t like people looking on my plate when I come home for dinner.

We live in a free world, everyone the way he likes to live, that´s fine with me.

My client is not much concern about living there. He bought a unit to have it rented out anyway. Putting a tinted window will help solve that issue on onlookers from the opposite side of the building.

By the way, what you see closely adjacent to Park Tower 2 is the podium parking of Sedona Parc. Residential units at Sedona Parc are 15-20 meters apart from Park Tower units.

Those on the opposite side of the building are not residential units but the 5 level podium parking of Sedona Parc which is more or less 6 meters apart. On the other hand, the residential units will start at the 8th floor and will have far more distance from Park Tower 2 so that shouldn't be a major problem.

I've double checked the available renders and confirmed that the firewall only reaches up to the podium, which seems to have topped off already. Big relief!

btw, isn't this 22 floors? if you count the number of floors sa render

Sedona Park has 5 level podium parking. The residential floors starts at the 8th to the 21st. Also, it doesn't have 4th and 13th floors just like any other ALI projects across all brands.

wala'y 4th floor pud @henz. you wouldn't notice it because its part of the podium parking man. The podium parking would be the 2nd, 3rd, 5th, 6th and 7th that's why its 5 levels. On the other hand, the residential units will start at the 8th where all units are garden units.
