No-one is hoing to pay the Glazers what they want for the club. The club itself generates a nice income for the Glazer family. Only when fans stop going will the Glazers have to downgrade their valuation. It will take a few bad seasons before that kick's in, there is a hardcore of about 40,000 at United who will keep them ticking over.

As long as they finish top 4 the Glazers will remain.

Essien
Duff
Benzema
Ribery
Robben
Nasri
Ozil
Sánchez
Sneijder
and now
Hazard

Just a few of the names United have been linked with, where they couldn't compete.

No, he's narrowed it down to "Champions League Winners"

meaning he's discounted City

He must prefer London over Manchester.

City would offer him the most wages and United are the biggest of the 3 clubs.

Chelsea would offer him decent wages but arent a very big club.

It doesnt make sense really but who gives a fuck, we will sign someone else ie Kagawa.

I hope John Terry shags his wife.

Of course it's down to London.

United could have offerd him a regular starting place, which was always his priority. City couldn't offering him that. It must have been the wages then. Another nail in the coffin. Not so long ago players would have crawled to United. Now......

City were reluctant to come anywhere near his wage demands.

He wanted to play through the centre rather than out wide. There would have been competition from Silva and Nasri.

He probably figured that he would be more of a regular at Chelsea with the 'Pensioners' than he would be at City, and possibly at United.

I really think people exaggerate the importance of how big a club is to players. Obviously Manchester United are the biggest club in England, but a player wants big wages, regular football and to be competing at for the best trophies.

I still think Real Madrid and Barcelona could have their pick of any player over any other club at the moment.

Chelsea are a million miles from competing.

The Euro Cup was a Liverpool/Porto event.

Barcelona had like 100 shots, bayern 30+

re-Hazard, are you that bothered? Would he be bothered to put in the effort, to truly care?

Why is that list shown above? Was and always be a similar thing>

Can I add:

Shearer
Gascoigne
very nearly Roy Keane FFS

just shut the feck up, cause posting shite like that looks stupid.

How about Figo to Madrid from Barca?

Think before you post.

Get a grip.

Hmm, interesting that you should post that for the 12,593rd time.

Players to leave United of any repute:

Ince-Inter
Hughes-Barca but he came back!!
Real-Beckham, Ronaldo

Cannot count Ruud, because he was past it. Stam does not count on any level, since we can only assume he annoyed Fergie. Veron? lol

Does he mean Heinz? lol

So,3.5 players in the last 25 years.

So, can Isaac post something with any less intelligence or is just a bitter, who, even after winning the title, cannot celebrate, only hate.

Poor little lamb.

Just of note, I give Real less than 12months before they are in real trouble. There economy will be kicked out of the euro and will collapse by 50%. Just like Greece.

Terryfying prospect but it is happening. With our own exchange currency we can de-value on more favourable terms. The Euro is already down 15% so United, with growth at 10% in revenues, will have closed the gap on Real/Barca revenues considerably this coming year. We only lost no1 due to the exchange rate tanking from 1.60 to 1.10euros.

What price Real being doomed?

http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/business-18246886

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Deloitt...l_Money_League

Real 489m
Barca 450m
United 367m
Munich 321m

With the Euro down 15%, assuming no growth:

Real c400m
Barca c390m
United c420m

Back to no1 where we always were bar the extreme exchange rate of the last 5 years.

You're living in the past, United's professed transfer policy under the current regime is based around "Value", buying good prospects and selling them on.

De Gea is a good example of this and he will wind his way back to Spain hopefully for more cash than Champions League winner Gerard Piquet

Problem is they're not even good at that at the moment, hence the lack of cash for anyone.

Still trolling Isaac, but cannot resist because you seem to know so little.

Sounds like an excellent plan, sell DeGea in 10 years time for a huge fee and re-invest.

I must run my finances differently to you!

Thank heaven fans don't run football clubs!
