No bother, more often the trees are without leaf.

I would love to see like two more 48 plus floors skyscrapers and preferebly at least a 60 floor tower in downtown Montreal. It is a very pretty city and does need some refreshing new buildings. Nonetheless, it won't take away that it is a fun city to hang out as an European tourist with the flair of North American attitude. I always enjoy being in Montreal.

ORLY?

I guess bak in the 50's u could see a lot of trees infront of some buildings under construction

some rumors say people actually liked it better when you could actually see the buildings, specially for the photographies people sent back to europe after WWII. it showed the architecture of Montreal, wich I love an know btw since I lived there for 11 years. I have to admit that René-Lévesque is a very boring blvd, but St-Catherine rocks and there are not many trees there

cheers

It's close to 2 metro stations and it will make a nice skyline with tour de la bourse and thetour de la banque but i think it deserved an emplacement on Sherbrooke or so. also its surrounded by a couple of old buildings... it kinda reminds me of the Bar-B barn praking

cheers
