The ceiling height seems to be pretty low. Do you think it will really pass Central City's height?

You are right! According to the stat. Central City is 112m and Utra is 102m.

Ultra is situated on a higher elevation then Central City so it will appear to be taller then Central City once finished.

That's 2,5mts from the floor to the ceiling. Isn't that too short? It seems to be super low.

Good point! It doesn't make sense, isn't it?

I counted the floors of the render picture in post #3 and I get only 35 not 40, unless the parking levels are included, they were making a false claim.

I just find weird a 35/40 stores building be shorter than a 25 stores building. And the height of this ceiling..geez.

I did the math already a few months back.

Ceilings are typically 8 feet above the floor and the structure and utilities between floors takes up 18 to 24 inches. The ground floor often has much higher ceilings (20 feet in some cases). So lets assume that each floor approximately takes about 10 feet. Also, lets say the main floor will take up about 15 feet.

(10 feet x 39 floors) + (15 feet x 1 floor) = 405 feet = 123.4 meters

Off-topic: I think we'll need to have a thread for the Wave. It seems it will be 26 floors but still have no idea about the height (in meters). It will be located very close to Ultra.

Good work Sky Master and Yellow Fever.
I have gotten myself injured at work, so I will be off for some time. In that time, I will be going out and getting pictures of all Projects in the works. I will also take the time to find projects that have not yet begun, but have either been approved, or have a Rendering on site.
