It is dusty, maybe because there are lots of abandoned farmland, by abandon, I mean large developer purchased the land, but it is sitting there for the next century waiting for the right time for development.

There are also heaps of unpaved road where overloaded trucks drive.

Construction site doesn't cover the sand they purchased.

But the road is not that terribly bad.

Someone has organised cleaners to manually bloom up those sands/dust, very slowly, and obstucted traffics. I had seen once a truck with what looks like a vacuum cleaner sucking sands from the road, it suck sands at the front, but the back of the truck is leaking sand. Very funny scene.

Flooding is still a real issue in many part of PP (of course other area), and I think sands/rubbish is one of the reason why we have flood problem.

This vacuum cleaner truck is what I want... in hanoi early morning I always saw the water truck cleaning the streets and some streets vacuum as well... and that vacuum truck look like elephant nice design... unlike p-penh street cleaning style doing by human pick up the sands... (CINTREE SHIT)

CINTREE cleaning fee always come together with eletricity fee... if people refuse to pay cleaning fee because of angry CINTREE than the electricity will cut as well.... p-penh city of wonder.
