 Luxury residential apartment towers  There will be total of 9 towers build (4 already under construction). 7 of them will be 171 metres tall (45 floors) and 2 over 200 metres (not confirmed).  Nanning New National Studios is a set of functional, entertaining, integrated cultural and recreational facilities. An area of about 34 acres of land for the project, with a total construction area of about 40000 square meters. An investment of about 181.67 million yuan. 40 meters height building has 3 floor and 2 level basement. The multiplex cinema consists of eight small and medium-sized cinema halls, including two 300 seat Dolby 3D Digital movie halls, two 160 seat special screening of art films and domestic films, DTS Digital movie hall for 50 gold VIP members, a 120 seat DTS digital cinema hall, a 250 seat Dolby 3D Digital video hall. The three-storey, 15 meters tall 550-seat IMAX DMR auditorium. 600 seat multipurpose auditorium. Quote:

 This is Guangxi Radio and Television Center I cannot pinpoint the location of this tower, but I know it's proposed in the Wuxiang New District (五象新区) area together with another 6 skyscrapers. This is a long term plan, it will take some time to develop that area.
