IPOH 4 Ogos - The Haven Sdn. Bhd., melantik CB Richard Ellis Malaysia (CBRE) sebagai ejen tunggal pemasaran untuk projek ikonik, The Haven Lakeside Residences untuk pasaran Malaysia dan Asia.

CBRE adalah firma perkhidmatan hartanah komersial terbesar di dunia yang mempunyai pengalaman selama 200 tahun serta memiliki rangkaian luas di Asia dengan 50 cawangan pejabat di rantau itu.

The Haven Lakeside Residences adalah projek kondominium mewah yang terletak di Tambun.

Pengerusi Eksekutif CBRE, Christopher Boyd berkata, syarikat tersebut akan memasarkan projek mewah lima bintang itu.

''The Haven Lakeside Residences adalah projek istimewa dan kami gembira untuk memasarkan projek ini kepada para pelanggan.

''Kondominium ini adalah projek luar biasa dan ia cukup sesuai bagi pelabur tempatan dan asing,'' katanya di sini hari ini.

Terletak di pinggir hutan dara Tambun dan mengambil masa perjalanan 10 minit untuk ke pusat bandar, The Haven Lakeside Residence menawarkan 26 tingkat menara kondominium dengan 497 buah kediaman yang dikelilingi tasik seluas 1.6 hektar dan batu kapur berusia 280 juta tahun.

''The Haven Lakeside Residence penuh dengan karakter dan pelabur baik untuk kediaman,'' tambah Boyd.

Kondominium itu mempunyai nilai pembangunan kasar RM270 juta dan menawarkan tujuh tahap keselamatan serta kemudahan dan kualiti pengurusan bertaraf lima bintang.

THE cost of living and property prices in Ipoh are considerably lower than other cities, making it an ideal place for vacation and retirement, said Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Dr Zambry Abdul Kadir.

In highlighting the city’s many attractions, he said the state government would continue to promote the city along this line.

“Ipoh is ready to welcome eco-tourists and high-end residents from all over the world,” he said.

Dr Zambry said the people would be able to enjoy an idyllic lifestyle in a city, minus the stress and hustle and bustle of big cities.

He added that there was minimal traffic congestion and excellent infrastructure and amenities in Ipoh.

“Where else can you find these qualities in a city set amongst beautiful natural surroundings?

“These have become the very element that are now viewed as premium among property investors,” he said at the topping out ceremony of Haven Lakeside Residences in Tambun, Ipoh last Saturday.

The Mentri Besar has nothing but praise for the developer, Haven Sdn Bhd, and its project — a high-end development of three 26-storey towers with units priced between RM600,000 and RM3.8mil per unit.

According to Dr Zambry, the ceremony held at the project site was a historical occassion for Ipoh.

“The ceremony goes to show Ipoh is undergoing rapid transformation and this would surprise many in the nation,” he said.

Dr Zambry said Ipoh has the potential to be an ideal resort town.

His idea of a resort town in Ipoh was shared by Haven Sdn Bhd chief executive officer Peter Chan in his speech at the ceremony.

Chan said his award-winning project, which offered the best of both worlds — natural surroundings and the necessities of life — would be completed by mid 2013.

IPOH (July 22, 2012): The Haven, the luxury lakeside residence in Tambun, Ipoh, is set for completion by the middle of 2013, said The Haven Sdn Bhd CEO Peter Chan.

He said said the group was the first developer to conduct a "topping-out" event for the three towers simultaneously, and construction of the project was ahead of schedule.

"The project has surprised many people with its speedy sales and construction by topping out all three towers concurrently," he said at a dinner to celebrate the topping-out ceremony yesterday.

Chan said he was confident the project would be completed within a year as the group has overcame hurdles to get to where they were now.

"We have been exemplary in keeping our word and promise by providing exclusive interior designs, generous electrical power points, fibre optics and copper piping connections for air-conditioners.

"The company has achieved 30 'firsts' for the state and 10 for the country," he said, adding that The Haven was also Perak's largest and tallest residential condominiums.

Chan said out of the 500 units, over 75% has been sold to date while another 100 units were still available with each unit costing between RM600,000 and RM3.8 million.

He said The Haven would be managed by international hospitality chain, Best Western, which would market and lease out apartments on behalf of owners.

Chan said at an average price of RM600 per sq ft, the condos would more likely attract purchasers from national and international buyers as such prices were rare in Ipoh.

The Haven is located near Sunway Group's Lost World of Tambun water theme park and The Banjaran Hotsprings Retreat in Tambun. The project, with three 26-storey towers, started in 2010. – Bernama

The Heaven condo will be exactly like Station 18 shop-office project. Will be empty for years to come. Dont believe me?. Wait and see. Most condos in Ipoh are empty, period. Dont believe me?. Go drive around and see for yourself.
