Angola LNG Project
The scale of this project is to construct 2 LNG tanks of 159,000M3 (The diameter of 93.4m, and the height of 44.7m x 2), 1 LPG tank of 88,000M3 Tank (The diameter of 68.7m and the height of 42.9m x 1) and Butane tank of 59,000M3 (The diameter of 60.75m, and the height of 39.25m x 1) and the term of construction is 48 months from April 1. 2008 ~ February 28, 2012. This construction project is largely composed of the foundation of steel tube tank (D609, L=36~38m, 4,060 ea), concrete bottom slab, concrete wall, concrete roof and pre-stressing work and the successful execution of this project will be the big stepping stone for receiving orders of LNG related construction and LNG tank construction projects to be ordered in the future, since the construction work requires considerable technical know-how in all fields relating to execution, quality control, safety control and process control. The quantity of consumption of LNG gas, a clean energy without pollution, increases each year in all countries of the world and accordingly to the quantity of order for LNG storage tank is expected to increase accordingly. 31/15 hours

"Novo Aeroporto". Mall + Hotel + Offices + Industrial in Luanda, next to the new international airport. The project is the winner of an international competition. The architects are Alberto Galindo Valderrama and Jose Manuel Melendez from Spain.

The beginning of the works will begin in late 2012.

The SOYO project is situated on the northern border of Angola, in a port city where fossil oil abounds. The project mainly covering the construction of 500 villas is built and operated by Hasan International.

Le contrat pour le chantier de Concepção – Construction d’un Complexe d’Habitations pour les collaborateurs d’Angola LNG, dans la ville de Soyo, Provice du Zaïre, au nord de l’Angola, d’un montant de 227 millions de dollars, a été signé entre Angola LNG et MSF Engenharia Angola, Lda (MSF Angola) en mars 2012.

Le chantier, dirigé par MSF (50%), qui a été exécuté en consortium avec la succursale angolaise de Soares da Costa (50%), a un délai d’exécution de 36 mois, dont la livraison des premières habitations est prévue pour les quatre premiers mois de l’année 2014.
Le complexe est implanté sur un terrain de 80 ha, où plusieurs immeubles d’habitation et de services seront construits par MSF, lesquels constitueront une petite ville pour les collaborateurs et leurs familles, nécessaire par rapport à la réduction actuelle de l’offre des habitations dans la ville de Soyo. D’une surface brute
de 51.105 m2 et de 486.000 m2 concernant la zone d’infrastructures et paysagiste, il inclut la construction de 228 appartements (T2 e T3), de 89 maisons (T3 a T5), d’écoles primaire et secondaire, d’une clinique, de magasins et d’autres édifices, d’un sports hall / fitness center, d’une piscine semi-olympique et de terrains de football, de courts de tennis et de terrains de basket-ball.

Angola LNG est une société composée de cinq grandes industries pétrolières (Sonangol, Chevron, BP, Total et ENI), qui a pour objet d’exploiter et de traiter le gaz naturel liquéfié dans cette région, avec une capacité de traitement avoisinant les 30 millions de mètres cubes de gaz par jour, pour les marchés domestique et international. ALNG est ainsi responsable du plus grand investissement jamais fait en Angola, en un seul et unique projet, dont fait partie le côté résidentiel pour ses cadres.
