Fair enough if your ranking was based on what you consider the most aesthetic skylines (which is a matter of opinion), but facts speak for themselves and Brisbane is technically ahead of the two by a significant margin.

Just thought I'd make you aware of this.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure it does. I don't have exact numbers but the Gold Coast has about 45 buildings over 100m.

What's your definition of magnitude? I take it magnitude means number of buildings and height means number of say, skyscrapers, supertalls? If that's the case, I'm not sure why you rank Latin America the way you do.

Mexico City, Mexico (4 Skyscrapers, 39 Highrises)

I can see you giving Rio some browny points for the beautiful natural backdrop but enough to vault it to #1? You can say quality is a factor and give Panama some penalty points. You can say it's purely your subjective opinion. But there's no way you can say 'magnitude' and 'height' are your main criteria and delegate Panama City #4. In both magnitude and height, Panama City leads. I guess if you consider magnitude # of buildings over 50m, then Sao Paulo or Rio might have a chance, but that would be a very subjective number choice either way.
