selesai juga pembangunan spazio,tinggal apartement sumatra 36 yang akan mulai start bulan depan dan praxis superblock apartement & hotel yang akan segera menyusul.sukses intiland,semoga pembangunannya sesuai deadline.

bentuknya kalo cuman kotak biasa,bangunan ini akan jadi biasa banget spt bangunan kantor,tp secara pintar & kreatip bentuknya agak dijadikan tak beraturan & tak bersudut, jadi malah keren & ngga membosankan.

Mengingatkan campuran SoHo di China dng Epicentrum Walk.

Intiland kebut perkantoran mixed-use Spazio

SURABAYA, kabarbisnis.com: Kawasan bisnis di Surabaya Barat bakal kian menggeliat, menyusul akan dibukanya ruang perkantoran dengan konsep mixed-use yang dikembangkan PT Intiland Development Tbk dengan nama Spazio.

Wakil Presiden Direktur dan Chief Operting Officer Intiland, Sinarto Darmawan mengatakan, saat ini pihaknya masih menyelesaikan pembangunan Spazio tahap I yang rencananya bakal mulai dioperasikan awal tahun depan.

Spazio sendiri akan memiliki total 8 unit bangunan di atas lahan seluas 38.000 meter persegi. Untuk tahap I, Intiland membangun sebanyak 110 unit ruang kantor yang berdiri di atas lahan seluas 7.500 meter persegi.

"Dari jumlah itu, saat ini kami sudah membukukan penjualan sekitar 70 persen. Kami optimistis sampai akhir tahun ini terserap pasar semuanya," kata Sinarto di Surabaya, akhir pekan lalu.
