Uhm, I love all your previous works, but to be honest this project is not good as all others, is to large for that elevation and it is too dark, obviously is only my impression!

It is dark indeed, which is why I made the ground level townhouses very bright (light-coloured concrete precast and glass). Remember to take the context around the building into account; a later phase will be much brighter.
I appreciate your comments though, of course!

I think it looks really cool, and I actually like the monotone darkness of it. I would've removed that large window-less surface at the top though.

That part at the top is what gives it is sloping/bulging shape though!
I've added more texture to that section though, the precast panels have indentations in a random pattern. Future updates will show that a bit better.
